    hey …..i had just started some waolking with some jogging…….but while running hard my legs pain a lotespecially the region just above the ankle ..but this pain does last for only an hour after running…..after that it will become normal…….guide me for better running……i’m about 89 kg and my height is 5 feet 10 inches………..
