1 Pain in the eyes which is the result of dysfunction of eye tissues.
2 The second major symptom of retinopathy is retinal detachment in which the retina of the eye is displaced from its tissues. As a result of this detachment the blood circulation in these tissues, is disturbed. Subsequently, the patient suffers with total or partial blindness.
3 Retinal detachment can also create a problem of weak side vision or central vision. In this particular situation the patient is unable to see things to the side or up and down from your central vision.
4 Blurred central vision reasoning macular edema (Macular edema occurs when fluid and protein deposits collect on or under the macula of the eye (a yellow central area of the retina) and causes it to thicken and swell. The swelling may distort a person’s central vision, as the macula is near the center of the retina at the back of the eyeball.
5 Floating cobwebs or spots are observed while watching anything because of hemorrhage.
6 Patients of diabetic retinopathy are usually asymptomatic until macular edema or a vitreous hemorrhage develops.
7 Fluctuating vision.
8 Dark or empty areas in your vision.
9 Vision gets blocked by patches or streaks.
10 Progression of a “Scotoma” or shadow in central vision, reduced night vision that is the fatal condition.
11 Corneal abnormality(gradual healing of injuries).
12 “Presbyopia” near vision weakness.
13 “Cataract” (A Cataract is the blur of eye’s lens behind the “Iris” and Pupil).
