Mutton is normally enriched with so many health beneficial calories helpful in making our body and bones strong. Mutton karahi is known as traditional or desi food which is lovable to most of the people. This traditionally delicious food is cooked very simply at home. 1kg Meat (cut in small pieces)/bakre ka gosht(bareek tukron me kat lain)
10-15 cloves Garlic (chopped)/10-15 phaliyan lehsan
1 ½tbs Ginger (chopped)/adrak
½ cup Oil/tail
¼ cup Ginger (finely cut)/adrak (umdagi sy kati huwi)
¼ cup Garlic (finely cut)/lehsan
10-12 Green chilli/10-12 hari mirchain
½ tsp salt/namak
½ tsp red chilli powder/ surkh mirch powder
½ cup Yoghurt (beaten)/dahi
2 Tomatoes (chopped)/tamatar
1tsp Garam masala/garam masala
For garnishing Green coriander/sajawat ke liye hara dhaniya
How to prepare Mutton Karahi
Cook the meat in garlic + ginger salt and water. When there is a little water left in the meat then add butter, oil, chopped ginger garlic and green chillies in it and mix it. Now put salt, red chillies and beaten yoghurt in it. When the yoghurt dries then add chopped tomatoes and garam masala in it and cook it very well. Decorate it with chopped fresh green coriander.

Ab namak, surkh mirchain aur phainta huwa dahi is me dal dain. jab dahi khushk ho jaye tu chop kiye huwe tamatar shamil ker lain aur garam masala dal ker achi trah pakaen. is ko chop kiye huwe hare dhaniya ke sath saja lain.
