Smoked Fish Recipe

Fish is a complete and balanced diet which is a healthy food because of being enriched with iron, vitamin e & calories. Fish really tastes good in whichever form is cooked. Smoked fish recipe is suggested in the following in English, Hindi or Urdu language.

Ingredients

Fish fillet (any kind) ½ kg/ kisi bhi qism ki machli k fillet
Cardamom (powdered) 1/ pisi huwi bari ilaichi
Cumin (roasted and ground) ½ tsp/bhuna aur pisa huwa sufaid zeera
Fennel powder ½ tsp/ pisi huwi sonf
Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp/ surkh mirch powder
Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp/ pisa huwa dhaniya
Pomegranate seeds (powdered) 2 tbsp/ anaar dana
Tamarind pulp 3 tbsp/imli ka gouda
Salt to taste/ hasbe zaiqa namak
Hot oil 3 tbsp./ garam tail

How to Cook Smoked Fish

Pat fish dry with absorbent paper.
Mix salt, red chilies, coriander, cumin, fennel, cardamom and pomegranate seeds in a bowl.
Coat fish with this mixture.
Put fish in a hot frying pan. Pour 1 ½ tsp tamarind and 1 ½ tbsp hot oil over fish.
After 5 minutes, turn fillet over and pour remaining tamarind and oil on fish.
Cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve scrumptious fish garnished with coriander.

Machli ko ek jazb kerne wale kaghaz me lapait lain. Namak, surkh mirch, dhania, zeera, ilaichi aur anar ko ek bartan me mix kerain. Machli ko is ameze me shamil ker lain. Machli ko ek garam frying pan me dalain. 1 1/2 khane ka chamach imli aur 1 1/2khane ka chamach tail machli k uper dal dain. 5minute bad dhakan utha ker us ki side palat daiyn us par baqi imli aur tail shamil kerain. 5minute mazeed pakane k bad dhaniye ki sajawat ke sath isko paish krain.
