Introduction
Fish kebab are good for health as fish is known as a complete balanced diet. The recipe of fish kabab and the list of ingredients used in it are given in the following to help you about how to cook fish kabab.
Ingredients
Fish fillet 300 grams/machle ke fillet
Onion 1/ piyaz
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch/ dhaniya ke paty ek gathi
Green chillies 5/ hari mirchain
Garlic 5 cloves/ lehsan
Ginger 1 medium piece/ darmiyana tukra adrak
Eggs 2/ andy
Refined flour as required/meda hasbe zarorat
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp/ surkh mirch powder
Turmeric powder 1 tsp/ haldi powder
Chaat masala 1 tbsp/chaat masalah
Salt to taste/ hasbe zaiqa namak
Oil for frying/ talne ke liye namak
Method
Blend all ingredients together except eggs, oil and four.
Shape into kebabs and place in dish.
Whisk eggs and take out flour in a plate.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Coat kebab first with egg mixture, then with flour.
Fry till golden, and remove and place onto absorbent paper.
Serve delicious kebabs with chutney and ketchup.

Blender me ande, meda, aur tail ke ilawa tamam ajza shamil ker ke yakjan ker lain. Is ameze ke kabab bana ker aik dish me rakhte jaen. Ande phaint lain aur meda aik plate men nikal lain. Frying pan me tail garam krain. Kabab pehle ande aur phir mede me lga ker sunehri rang aane tak tal lain aur jazib kaghaz per nikal lain. Mazedar shami kabab chatni aur ketchup ke hamrah paish krain.
