Ingredients
Khoya- 200 gms/khoya
Baking powder- 1 tsp/backing powder
Egg -1 / anda
Flour ½ cup/meda
Syrup ½ cup sugar and 2 cups water (boil them together add cardamom is in it)
cardamom -2 / ilaichi
Recipe
Mix them all together. Make round or oblong bolls. Fry them in hot oil and put them all together in the hot syrup. Put cover on the pan for 40 seconds. Tum the heat off and dish out.
Tarkeeb
Aadha cup chini aur do cup pani me ilaichi dal kar sheera tayar kar lay. Phir Tmam ajza achi trah mix ker ke inki gol ya lambotri shakal me balls bana lain. Inko garam tail me tal ker garam sheere me daal dain. 40 seconds ke liye pan ko dhanp dain. Anch bujha dain aur ek dish me nikal lain.
