Ingredients
200 grams Fish fillet/ Machli ke fuley
300 grams Potatoes (boiled)/ uble huwe aalu
1 Egg/ anda
1 cup Breadcrumbs/ double roti ka choora
3 Green chillies (finely cut)/ umdagi sy kati huwi hari mirch
1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)/ hara dhania (chop kia huwa)
½ tsp Red chilli powder
½ tsp Mustard seeds/ raai dana
¼ tsp Crushed cumin seeds/ kuta huwa sufaid zeera
¼ tsp Turmeric powder/ pisi huwi haldi
2 tbsp Refined flour/ meda
2 tbsp Green garlic (chopped)/ sabz lehsan (chop kia huwa)
2 tbsp Lemon juice/ lemon ka rus
1 tsp Salt/ namak
2 tbsp Oil for frying/ talne ke liye tail
Method
Mash potatoes in a bowl.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in frying pan; add cumin and mustard and fry.
Add fish, salt, red chillies, turmeric and lemon.
Cook for a few minutes, and then remove from flame.
Mix fish, potatoes green chillies, garlic and coriander in bowl.
Make round cutlets from the mixture.
Coat cutlets first with egg, then flour and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a wok and fry cutlets till golden on both sides.
Take out on absorbent paper.

Karhai men tail garam ker ke tikyon ko dono janib sunehri rang ane tak talen aur phir jazib kaghaz per nikal len.
