1cup- fresh dates (deseeded and chopped)
1 tbsp butter melted
1 cup coconut powder
1/2 cup dry fruits (almond, cashew nuts and raisins)
In a pan, add butter and roasted dry fruits in it on a slow heat for 2 to 3 min. when it become crunchy, remove from the flame and keep aside. Now add deseeded and chopped dates in it and mix it well until it becomes unified. Make balls of either oval or round shape when it is still warm. Roll them in coconut powder . Arrange them in a tray and refrigerate to chill. While making balls you can fix a tooth pick in the center so that it can be easily picked and eaten. This dish does not require cooking.
