Chicken (boneless) ½ kg
Tomatoes (blended) 2
Green chillies (cut down their length) 3
Ginger (finely cut) 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Onions (fried) 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Fenugreek paste ½ tsp
Hot spices powder ½ tsp
Yogurt (whipped) 2 tbsp
Fresh cream 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil ½ cup
Ginger and green chillies (finely cut) for garnishing.
Heat oil in a pot and fry garlic till golden.
Add tomatoes and onions and fry for 5 minutes.
Add salt, red chillies and turmeric and fry till oil separates.
Add chicken and fry till water dries.
Add yogurt, coriander, cumin, ginger and green chillies and fry more.
Add fenugreek, hot spices and cream and remove from flame,
