chicken mince 500 gram
Bread slices 2
Red chili 1 tsp
Orange juice 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion 1
Flour 1 cup
Egg yolk 3
Mozzarella cheese half pack
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 1/2 cup
Bread crumbs as required
Oil for frying
How to Prepare Fried Chicken Balls
Soak the bread slices in some water.
Then gently squeeze the bread slices between your palms till all the water is squeezed out.
Combine the bread slices and chicken mince and mix well.
Add red chili, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, salt, crushed black pepper and onion, mix well.
Add egg yolks, then add flour and mix well.
Make balls of the mixture and insert a piece of cheese in the center of each ball.
Coat the chicken balls properly with bread crumbs and deep fry on low heat.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard paste and chopped parsley and serve with balls.
