Dhaba chilli chicken recipe is specially for those who love hot & spicy foods. This delicious dish is enough to satisfy your hunger when you are in want of a full spicy food. Ingredients
Chicken (boneless) ½ kg/ Murghi baghair hadi ke
Vinegar 1 tbsp/ sirka
Soya sauce 1 tbp/ soya sauce
Greens chillies paste ½ tsp/ pisi huwi hari mirchain
Cornflour 1 tbsp/ makai ka ata
Ginger (finely cut) 1 tbsp/ khobsorti sy kata huwa adrak
Green chillies (finely cut) 4/ umdagi sy kati huwi hari mirchain
Fresh coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp/ hara dhaniya chop kia huwa
Curry leaves 20
Onions (finely cut) 1 cup/ khobsorti sy kati huwi piyaz
Red chilli powder ½ tsp/ surkh mirch powder
Honey 1 tbsp/ shahd
Lemon juice 1 tbsp/ lemon ka rus
Salt 1 tsp/ namak
Oil ¼ cup/ tail.
Method
Coat chicken with Cornflour, soya sauce and vinegar and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil; add curry leaves and fry till it gives off smoke.
Add onion and fry till golden.
Add ginger, green chillies, salt and honey and cook.
Finally, add lemon juice and garnish with Coriander.

Murghi ke tukron per corn flour, soya sauce aur sirka laga ker 10minute ke liye rakh dain. Tail garam ker ke kari patte daal ker dhuwan aane tak pakaen aur piyaz shamil ker ke sunehri krain. Is men Lehsan, adrak, surkh mirch aur masalah lagi murghi shamil ker ke 10minute pakaen. Adrak, hari mirch, namak aur shehd dal ker pakaen. Aakhir men lemon ka rus dalen aur hare dhanye sy saja ker paish krain.
