Charga masala is a delicious and spicy food, also the enhancer of hunger. This spicy dish is loved at a large scale by most of the people who love to enjoy the real spices of life. The cooking recipe of Chargha masala is given in English language in the following.
Chicken 1 (8 piece)
Lemon juice 4 tsp
Whole red chili 8
Garlic cloves 8
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Chargha masala 1 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp (chopped)
Salt to taste
First wash the chicken and place cuts on it.
In a chopper add whole red chili, garlic cloves, whole black pepper and white cumin to make powder.
Now in chicken, add yogurt, ginger, grinded spice, Chargha masala, lemon juice and salt.
And leave the chicken for 2 to 3 hours, for better result leave chicken for overnight
Put chicken into heated oil on a low flame.
turn chicken up side down to cook from all side.
Take out when it is completely done
