Delicious Indian recipe of cream meatballs and the list of its ingredients is given in the following. You can easily try this recipe at home and enjoy its taste.
Ingredients
For meatballs: Minced beef 200 grams/ Gaye ka qeema
Red chilli powder 1tsp/ surkh mirch powder
hot spices powder 1tbsp, Rice 1 tbsp/ garam masalah, chawal
Ginger 1 inch piece, Turmeric powder ½/ 1 inch adrak ka tukra, haldi powder
Poppy seeds 2 tbsp/ khashkhash
Roasted grams 2 tbsp/ bhune huwe chane
Salt ½ tbsp/ namak
salt ½
Ginger / garlic paste 2 tbsp/ adrak/lehsan ka paste
Cardamom 1/ bari ilaichi
Greens chilles 3/ hari mirchain
Onions (finely cut) 1 cup/ bareek kate huwi piyaz
Creams ¼ cup, tomato puree 1 ½ cups/ cream, tamater ka pastr
Cinnamon 1 inch stick/ aik inch daar chini ka tukra
Red chilli powder 1 tsp/ surkh mirch powder
Fenugreek seeds 2 tsp, oil ¼ cup/ Qasoori maithi
Method
Finely blend grams, rice and poppy seeds it will turn into powder form. Add powder of grams, rice and poppy seeds, minced meat and remaining spices into the chopper and blend again until it mix well.
Add I tbsp cream to the mince, make small balls and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pot fry onion till golden.
Add Remaining curry ingredients and cook till oil separates.
Add meatballs one at a time and let simmer on low flame.
When gravy thickens and meatballs are cooked, add remaining creams and keep on dum.
Dish out and garnish with fenugreek and fresh creams.

Blender me bhune huwe chane, chawal aur khashkhash ko bareek pees lain. Qeema, pissa huwa masala aur kofty ke baqi ajza blender me yakjan ker lain. Qeeme ko aik piyale me nikal lain, is men aik khane ka chamcha balai shamil ker dain. Is ameze ki choti choti balls bana ker aik plate me rakh lain. Daigchi me tail garam ker ke piyaz sunehri krain aur salun ke baqi ajza daal ker tail ooper aane tak pakaen. Is men kofte aik aik ker ke shamil krain aur halki anch per pakaen. Jab salun garha ho jae aur kofte pak jaen tu balai shamil ker ke dum per rakh dain. Malai kofte dish men nikalen, qasoori methi chirkain aur balai sy saja ker paish krain.
